How to modify my order?

Please contact our customer service promptly if you find any mistakes after receiving the order confirmation email.Order changes are only available before shipment. No revision can be made once the parcel is dispatched.


What if I don’t receive the confirmation email?

Order Tracking

Please contact us if your parcel fails to arrive within the estimated delivery time, and we will assist you promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please fill in accurate delivery information at checkout. We shall not be held responsible for goods delivered to wrong addresses due to customer input errors.

Once goods leave our warehouse, we assume no liability for loss, theft or damage caused by requesting the last-mile carrier to redirect or modify delivery arrangements.
